What is Yexil?
Yexil is an all-in-one SaaS platform for hotel and restaurant management, specifically designed for West Africa. It covers front desk, reservations, point of sale (POS), inventory, invoicing, staff management, and reporting -- all accessible from any modern web browser.
Who is Yexil for?
Yexil is built for hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, residences, and lodges of all sizes in West Africa. Whether you run a 10-room boutique hotel in Saly or a restaurant in Dakar, Yexil adapts to your needs.
Do I need technical skills to use Yexil?
Not at all. Yexil is designed for non-technical teams. The interface is intuitive and available in both French and English. Your staff can be up and running within a few hours thanks to our onboarding support and built-in guides.
Is Yexil available in my country?
Yexil is available anywhere with an internet connection. Our platform is optimized for low-bandwidth connections common in West Africa. We primarily target Senegal, Ivory Coast, Mali, Guinea, and Burkina Faso, but any French-speaking or English-speaking establishment can use it.

How much does Yexil cost?

Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The price we quote includes full platform access, updates, support, and data hosting. There are no setup fees, no update charges, and no surprise costs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time to unlock more features. The transition is instant and all your data is preserved. If you wish to downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing period.
Features
Can I manage a hotel and restaurant together?
Absolutely. This is one of Yexil's key strengths. You can manage your rooms, restaurant tables, POS, and inventory from a single platform. Restaurant charges can be linked to a hotel guest's folio for unified billing.
Does Yexil work offline?
Yexil is a web application optimized for slow and unstable connections, which are common in West Africa. The interface is designed to work even with limited bandwidth. During temporary outages, the system caches essential operations and syncs them once the connection is restored.
Can I record Orange Money and Wave payments?
Yes. Yexil lets you record Orange Money and Wave as payment methods at checkout. Your customer pays directly via their phone (outside Yexil), and you log the transaction in the system for complete accounting tracking. The payment is then traced in your reports and cash close.
Do you offer reporting and analytics?
Yes. Yexil includes detailed activity reports: occupancy rates, revenue tracking, daily flash reports, night audit reports, restaurant sales analysis, stock tracking, and much more. All amounts are displayed in CFA Francs with banking-level precision.
Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. Security is our top priority. All communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Data is isolated per organization (multi-tenant architecture) ensuring no establishment can access another's data. Authentication is handled through industry standards with support for passkeys and OTP.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted on Neon (managed PostgreSQL) with automatic backups. The application is distributed globally via the Cloudflare Workers network (CDN), ensuring fast response times from West Africa. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Yexil complies with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Senegalese data protection laws. You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data at any time. See our privacy policy for full details.

How do I get help?
You can reach us by email at info@yexil.pro, via WhatsApp, or directly from within the platform. Our Senegal-based team responds within 24 hours at most, often much faster. We also offer personalized onboarding assistance during initial deployment.
What languages is support available in?
Our support is available in French, English, and Wolof. The platform interface is available in French and English. We will add more local languages based on demand.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Every new client receives a free training session for their team during onboarding. We also offer additional training for advanced features (POS, inventory, reporting). Training can be conducted remotely or on-site depending on your location.
